Documentation Needed for Commercial Fire, Residential Fire and Liability Claims

1. Duly completed form
2. Original copy of the complaint, in case of theft
3. Internal security report
4. Audit report, in case of theft of cash or merchandise
5. Damage inspection (insurance company)
6. Copy of invoices, bookkeeping records, quotations or any other document supporting the loss
7. Data of the third party affected either in person or property
8. The company during the claim process may request additional documentation that will be required to finalize the claim.
9. All documentation must be reviewed and analyzed with the conditions, coverages and exclusions of the policies to determine if the claim proceeds.
